Hello I’m Tom Kmetz and my brother is Rob Kmetz. We purchased a condo a Summer after visiting Panama City Beach for a Spring Break trip. We liked it so much we purchased a 2nd unit a year later. Being from Indiana, we cherish the trips we can make with our families to the beach to enjoy the warm weather and the beautiful white sand beaches. We love being on the West end of the beach because it is quiet and not nearly as busy as the crowded east end. We wanted to be able to relax and worry less about traffic and congestion.

The amenities at Celadon give us everything a family could need, included covered parking, 2 pools, hot tubs, and one of the most beautiful beaches. We are steps from the beach and always have an incredible view of the Gulf from our master bedroom or living room. It’s always hard to leave and come home. and
